Terms & Conditions

• The Tyre will be replaced at cost proportionate to tread-wear under Pro-Rata.
• Only the Maxxis Tyres that were sold in India & Made in India Tyres are covered in the warranty.
• It covers both manufacturing and non-manufacturing defects that cause the Tyres to become unserviceable, except under the circumstances below.

• Repairable damage.
• Fire, chemical explosion, tyre alteration, vandalism, and vehicular accident.
• Re-grooved tyres.
• Tyre purchased from unauthorized dealer, network or channel.

• Tyre which is having Manufacturing Defect will cover under FOC warranty up to 50% Tread Wear only.
• Tyres which is having Manufacturing defects with more than 50% will be replaced at cost proportionate to tread-wear under Pro-Rata.
• Only the Maxxis Tyres that were sold in India are covered in the warranty.
• It covers only manufacturing defects that cause the Tyres to become unserviceable.
• The charges related to Tyre fitting or unfitting, transportation, balancing and any other taxes are not covered under the warranty and shall be charged separately, if applicable.

The warranty is valid for a total of 36 months (3 years) from the date of manufacture of the Tube. Please refer to the table below for compensation terms:

• Only manufacturing defects of tubes are covered under warranty policy.
• During the warranty period, up to 3 puncture repairs are accepted; no compensation will be given on the tubes having 4 or more punctures.
• Only the Maxxis Tubes that were sold in India are covered under the warranty.
• The charges related to Tube fitting or Unfitting, Transportation, Balancing and taxes are not covered under the warranty and shall be charged separately, if applicable.
• Both individual-sold packaged tubes and tyre-fitted tubes are covered under this warranty policy.
