5 Years Unconditional WarrantyThis warranty is valid for five (5) years from the date of manufacture. The Tyre will be replaced at cost proportionate to tread-wear under Pro-Rata. Only the Maxxis Tyres that were sold in India & Made in India Tyres are covered in the warranty. It covers both manufacturing and non-manufacturing defects that cause the Tyres to become unserviceable, except under the following circumstances: Repairable damage Fire, chemical explosion, tyre alteration, vandalism, and vehicular accident Re-grooved tyres Tyre purchased from unauthorized dealer, network or channel The charges related to Tyre fitting or unfitting, transportation, balancing and any other taxes are not covered under the warranty and shall be charged separately, if applicable.
